I liked how the room had a mini kitchen, and the air con was working well so the room stayed cool despite the 40C weather outside. I'd like to thank the amazing reception staff, specifically Iria, Paula and Alba. I left a very small but extremely important item at the hotel and they kindly helped me get it shipped back home in the UK. Had they not helped, I would have had to fly back to Spain to pick it up, which would have been extremely stressful. Muchos gracias all, you are the best!
