It's still a new hotel, so there's still some work in progress, but it won't affect your stay. You can also rent a scooter here. 100% recommended, and I'll come back if I'll stay in Moalboal again.

Really hospitable staff! We arrived quite late and they waited for us to arrive, they take your breakfast order the night before and helped us with our transport back to Cebu city. The room was a really good size and super clean. Having a separate toilet and shower room was really nice as most accommodations at this price are wet rooms. Really good value for money and the breakfast was really tasty!! On a main road so easy to get on and off the bus to and from Cebu city. Best budget friendly accommodation we’ve stayed in in the Philippines. Highly recommend :)
