Great atmosphere. Amazing staff. I arrived earlier than the check in time but they accommodated me. Fernando helped with all my plans. It's slightly cheaper if you reserve a spot with them for the Santa Rosa Termales. Kitchen was well equiped, had coffee available in the mornings. Very clean. Good hot showers. Great location, the buses to Pereira/termales pass right in front of the hostel.

Very friendly owners, they don't speak English, but my girlfriend is Spanish and had a wonderful chat with them. Very honest and caring people. The breakfast was wonderful!

I had an amazing stay at Hacienda Venecia. Blanca and her family were very kind to me and made me enjoy this place. The coffee tour was also a great experience and I hope to come back again soon to spend more time in this beautiful countryside.
