The nearest airport is London City Airport, 20 km from the hostel. The personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. It is a very homely place. Perfectly located too.

It was my first time in a hostel and solo travelling and I could not have picked a better hostel than this. The stuff is awesome. I loved the social aspect as it helped me to have an amazing time and it was definately never a boring minute. A lot of the reviews have a negative about the showers being small with no space to have your things but once you get there you really do not care about this. You make it work because everything else is amazing. I am definately going again.

Pax Lodge is a hostel tucked away in the Belsize Park area of London and 5 minutes' walk from its Tube station. Free WiFi access is available. Extras include bed linen and a fan.

The hostel is 500 metres from Belsize Park, 700 metres from Hampstead and 900 metres from Finchley Road. London Heathrow Airport is 22 km away. It is clean, everything is as advertised. Location is great, nice restaurants near location. Shower broke one day, next it was fixed.

Male and female dormitories at YHA London Central feature bunk beds and have lockers for secure storage of valuables. There are shared bathroom facilities with showers, which in some dorms are en suite. Private rooms are also available. The room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be. Having our own bathroom and shower was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Being able to leave our luggage before and after was incredibly helpful.

Rooms are dormitory style and some benefit from an en suite bathroom, while others have shared bathroom facilities. Maybe I shouldn't write this because everyone who reads my review probably wants to stay at Kabannas in the future which will make it harder to get a bed there. I have stayed in a lot of different hostels in London, this was my first stay at Kabannas but definetly not the last. Absolutely the best I've been to in London. Great location, great and friendly staff, clean everywhere, nice showers and toilets and breakfast to a fair price (compared to London prices at the moment). What more do you need?
