The design was very welcoming and nature focused which is something that I love. Because of its location you have nature all around you and the atmosphere is very peaceful, me and my friends would spend hours relaxing in a hammock listening to the sounds of birds and crickets. During my stay while my friends chose to stay in the shared rooms, which were also really beautiful and clean, I chose a private room which was to my surprise enormous with a private balcony that takes half of the whole second floor, totally worth it! The location is also 20 minutes walking distance from the Okinawa aquarium which is a nice plus, there’s also a beach next to it but we couldn’t go swimming because swimming season starts in April. The staff was exceptional, no doubts about it. She event prepared us dinner and answered any questions we had very openly and with a smile. To be honest we were kind of sad to say goodbye because although we only stayed for two nights it felt a little bit like home. I’m hopping I could visit again.

I really want to say thank u to sasaki for helping me so much. At the end of the day I stayed there, I walk ed to the Sesoko Beach and i suddenly noticed that if I walk to the bus stop I wouldn’t catch it. Then sasaki San drives me to the bus station generously. I really have to say I have a sweet memory in Okinawa, traveling alone in sesoko island. The hostel is amazing, warm, and comfortable.i think I will back again to see the summer scenery there.

Holiday House Ryukyu-an "MUSIC HOSTEL" ligger bara 12 minuters bilresa från Cape Maeda, som är känt för sitt vackra landskap, klara vatten och snorkling. I had an incredible week at this hostel in Okinawa. It's safe to say this was the best hostel experience I've ever had. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, with music in the living room and fun movie nights. One of the standout features was the option to rent a scooter at a very affordable price, which made exploring the island a breeze. Plus, having a nearby gym with a $2 entry fee was a fantastic bonus. The hostel's location was perfect, making it easy to access all the attractions on the island. The host was a true gem – not only did they create a warm and homely atmosphere, but they also served up some delicious breakfast, especially those mouthwatering pancakes. Staying here felt like being among friends, and I made some amazing connections during my stay. In my travels around Japan, this hostel, without a doubt, had the best host. The value for the price was outstanding, and I'm truly grateful for such a memorable experience. If you're heading to Okinawa, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a home away from home and an unforgettable journey.

It stays very close to the beach and inside a very friendly village. Staff are super friendly and the dinner party is so great to meet people and try food around.

Akachichi Guesthouse har utsikt över trädgården och erbjuder boende med trädgård och terrass, cirka 7 minuters promenad från Maeda Cape. Utmärkt boende med extremt hjälpsamma värdar som bokade restaurangbesök, dykning och hjälpte till med det mesta. Frukostbricka med lokala specialiteter + gott kaffe som avnjöts på terrassen utanför rummet. Lätt och bra parkering utanför huset. Bra läge, man kan promenera till bad samt bra restauranger.

The Kitchen Hostel Ao har ett perfekt läge i området Naha City Centre i Naha, 4,7 km från Tamaudun Mausoleum, 20 km från Nakagusuku Castle och 22 km från Sefa Utaki. The location, the amenities in the bathroom, the place was kept very clean and the fact that the lockers are outside of the room in their own space so you don't make any noise when you or others are packing. The beds are also comfortable if you like a firm mattress which I do :) when you close your curtain it's also dark enough to sleep and it feels cosy

ジンジャー ligger i Miyako-jima, 2 minuters promenad från Painagama Beach och 1,2 km från To River Sunset Beach. Super friendly family-style place. Home-cooked meals were delicious.

Santiago Guesthouse Naha har ett perfekt läge i området Naha City Centre i Naha, 5,2 km från Tamaudun Mausoleum, 21 km från Nakagusuku Castle och 22 km från Sefa Utaki. Great location and friendly staff as well as fellow guests. Everyone was pretty respectful and it was nice to stay in one of these places where you have to "check out" at 11a but checking out doesn't mean taking everything out of your capsule as is the case at other hostels.

HOSTEL SunTerrace Ishigaki ligger i Ishigaki ö, 15 minuters promenad från Painuhama konstgjorda strand, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge, privat parkering och en terrass. Very modern and fresh. Super comfy beds.. Staff were super helpful. Showers were good. AC in room. Twin rooms were big and well equipped with sofa and TV etc. Very cheap hure car available. Think they had a gopro you could use as well.
