Property information

The exteriors of this amazing villa are ideal for enjoying the good weather and unwinding on the island. The private salt pool -measuring 10 x 4.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.9 metres- is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing on the 5 sun loungers available. The surrounding thatched terraces allow you to enjoy an apéritif at sunset or a barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced, and the privacy is total. The fireplace is decorative. The extraordinary 2-storey house has a fantastic modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the first floor you will find the living-dining room -with air conditioning and Smart TV- which is open to the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. Still on the first floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, we have another living room with air conditioning and amazing views of the fields and the sea in the distance; two more bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with an en suite bathroom with a shower; and another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
