Villa Lares is located in Cala Mendia, just a short walk from the beach and features a modern interior and a beautiful outdoor area. The 150 m² detached family house for 6 people consists of a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), 3 bedrooms with double bed and possibility of an extra bed for children. The child-friendly holiday home's amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite TV, a baby cot, a cot and a high chair. Your private outdoor area boasts a garden, furnished terraces (open and covered) and a children's pool. The comfortable seating on your terraces invites you to relax with a good book. The small swimming pool (3 m long, 2 m wide, 0.80 m deep), is rather for entertainment for the little ones of the house. A selection of restaurants and cafés are less than a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest supermarket is only a 2-minute walk (170 m) away.
