The newly built 4* Duplex apartments of 635sqf and 570sqf are offering a stunning view on lake Annecy and an ideal location for family or friends holidays. They are composed of two different parts (le Port & la Plage), both located on the same private floor. The first one propose 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 5 persons) and the second one also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 3 persons). The apartments have air-conditionning. They can be rent separatly or together dependant on the requested capacity. On the ground floor, Seb Counter offers you small, light meals. BBQ's not allowed.

It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina- both within walking distance from the beach. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall.
