We have customized our interior to maximize space. We have modular cabinets, dressers, full-size mirrors, heated shower water and a nice view of the mountains of Cebu facing the Cebu Plaza Hotel, especially in the evening and early morning.

We are located at the heart of Cebu City, in IT Park Cebu City. Avida Riala is strategically situated within IT Park and is a few steps away from Ayala Mall Central Block, different restaurants (i.e. Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, American, Jollibee, McDonalds), Starbucks, Cofee Bean Tea Leaves, Bo's Coffee, pharmacies, banks, terminals to different cities in Cebu. IT Park is known for its nightlife parties, local bands, and international cuisines—all within walking distance from our place. Within the building is a laundry service, a Thai Boran massage parlour where you can request an in-house massage, Korean Buffet, a mini-mart, and 7-Eleven.
