Property information

Enjoy the sounds of the river and the gentle landscape when you stay in this unique place. The "Sunset" was inspired by the beauty of the views of our Sunsets here in Iowa's only Island City, Sabula. This unique getaway is quite comfortable for 4 people. The back bedroom offers a queen size bed and a single bed. Also, there is afuton in the living room. We offer bath house for are guests also if needed. Fishing right off the dock or bring your boat. Perfect unique stay on the water.
