Very comfortable and clean. Includes a proper shower and dedicated AC. Located very conveniently and decorated beautifully. The self-service check-in and check-out is simple and straightforward. I was overall very satisfied.

El The Door Inn ofrece alojamiento en la ciudad de Taipéi, a 8 minutos a pie del teatro Dadaocheng, y cuenta con WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. Posiblemente, la mejor opción en el centro histórico, en cuanto a diseño e intimidad. Bastante caro para lo que ofrece, salvo si coges la habitación doble del tercer piso (¡ojo, escaleras como las de un campanario!) con una terraza maravillosa para desayunar o subirte unos dumplings y una cerveza por la noche.

Breakfast had a variety of Taiwanese and Western foods that changed from day to day. We stayed here for 6 nights and would return again.

El Energy Inn se encuentra en el distrito Wanhua de Taipéi, a unos 6 minutos a pie de la Casa Roja, y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. Although it is located in Ximending which is known for being busy, the hotel is tucked back in a side street away from all the noise. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ximen metro station exit 6 and has everything you would want within a block (restaurants, convenient stores, coffee shops, shopping and street food). This was THE BEST experience we have ever had with the staff at a hotel. They are kind, caring, really care about your convenience. The hotel is clean, room was pretty spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is roomy with a Japanese toilet (will miss the heated seat), shower has plenty of hot water with good pressure. The bed is a bit firm but only if you have an issue with your back. The breakfast was AMAZING. we could not get over the options and the portions. There is laundry on site, a small kitchen in the common area and plenty of drink options in the morning. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Normally we would not want to be in the middle of action but this hotel just has too many positives for us to go somewhere else. HIGHLY SUGGEST.
