Having said that we would go there again. It’s our second visit. Your close to the auquaduct . Llangollen isn’t too far away. We walked it in 2.5 hours using the panoramic walk and visited Castell Dinas Bran on way. Lots of things to do . Bring your own tea towels

We found plenty to do during the day: walking, mountain biking and visiting Llangollen, Castell Dinas Bran and the aqueduct, but loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings. Bed linen and towels were provided and, as there was a kitchen, we were able to cook and eat breakfast and evening meals at the lodge. All in all, a very enjoyable short break in a peaceful location. For us, having a car was useful.
