I booked what I thought was a very cheap motel just as a bed to sleep in overnight before heading off to Heron Island the next morning. While it was an older style motel, it was immaculately clean, had a great new bathroom , a good location close to the ferry, very cheap and the staff were lovely. They even offered that we could leave our car there during our stay at Heron Island.

We stayed here for 4 days. On check in the staff were very friendly. The chip on our bankcard didn't work so the hosts gave us a tip... and it worked. 😂 loved our room which was upstairs, it was quiet and comfortable.
