The Chalets Motel offers charming self-contained cottages with scenic mountain views. Featuring a DVD library, it is just 600 metres from hot pools and Hanmer Springs’ village centre.

Beautiful chalets set on a hill just outside the town. We appreciated all the extra touches. The owner was very friendly. The newspaper was delivered each morning. The kitchen had an oven, 2 tea towels and a hand towel. What we really loved were the individual reading lights at each bed, rare to find in most motels. Each chalet had a washing line and there was a laundry area we could use. The water was hot, the WiFi worked well and we had great views and one amazing sunset. Highly recommend.

Lovely, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with huge bathroom and luxurious spa bath. The welcome pack which included very tasty muesli was a nice touch. Amazing views from the room too.
