The hospitality was exceptional. They accomodated our late check-in, our room was warm when we arrived late and communication was very clear. The room was great value for money and the spa bath was a bonus. Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and it was so nice that housekeeping cleaned our dishes that were in the sink. All the little details, we were very appreciative of. Would definitely return. Thank you for the great stay!

Main beach and Mount 30-40 min walk but lots of parking along beach if you drive in closer. Can walk or drive via beach front road or Maunganui Rd.

Pool is dreadful - its highest depth (which is the whole depth of the pool) is 1 metre - so you cant even swim in it without hitting the bottom of the pool. beds were comfy but it is just very very tired.
