good location, close to mangeroi road end track and New Plymouth, nice garden, cottage is very clean, well equip, the owner welcomed us at the check-in, feeling of home. definite recommend this place, will come back next time when travelling to New Zealand.

Very clean and the room came with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay especially when travelling with kids. Close proximity to the coast, food places and shops. Loved our stay and we will definitely stay at Dawsons when we go to New Plymouth again.
