Just a 2 minutes' drive from the Pacific Highway, Sleepy Hill Motor Inn offers free high-speed WiFi and free on-site parking. Facilities clean and met requirements. Friendly welcoming staff, explained area well. Great value

This motor inn is in the heart of Raymond Terrace with shops restaurants and a beautiful walk to the river. It has all the regular ammenities in your room, fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, biscuits and wifi. A large shower with hot water and wonderful water pressure. There is a free laundry and your room is cleaned daily. Parking is a little tight in the courtyard, but there is more parking in the expansive parking lot next door. The owners are delightful and always available to assist if you need them. The office does shut down at 8 pm, so if you are checking in after hours, just make arrangements to get your key. Best motel in Raymond Terrace. Also, there is a restaurant nest door serving lunch and dinner.

The room was modern,clean and the beds were really comfy. We were able to check in early which we were great full for, the person at reception was really welcoming.
