Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :) • Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

First, the hotel is a work of art, lovingly decorated with mosaic art, stone walls, carved wood, beautiful grounds and fountains. The rooms are large, with mosaic work, a huge walk-in shower, and a large bed. The staff is very nice, the breakfast delicious. Very good coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub, a drink from the bar, and the walk in Las Cascadas.

There are a few charming idiosyncrasies to be aware of though if you are used to American chain hotels The reception, common area and breakfast are on the third floor (no elevator). When you leave the hotel, you leave your room key with reception and then use WhatsApp or the door bell to get back in and retrieve your room key.
