The hotel is 10 out of 10, really. In different aspects it either met or exceeded our expectations, as a couple going on a short trip to Paris. It's all new, clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfect - diverse options and quality products, well worth the extra cost versus the typical French breakfast you would normally get. In our case it was also straight forward returning from an event at Stade de France with the metro at night - the station is adjacent to the hotel.

Located in Puteaux and with Palais des Congrès de Paris reachable within 3 km, Mama Shelter Paris La Défense provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The decoration was really awesome, it's completely different from what we can find elsewhere. There funny references about the concepts at different places (mama loves you, mama likes it hot...). Then there is everything you want in the hotel: an American dinner, a sports bar and a resto/bar with a nice point of view on the Eiffel tower. Finally, the personnel is really nice and friendly (not only polite like in other hotels).

The room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful. I arrived several hours before check in, hoping to just leave my bag but my room was ready so they allowed me to check in early which was great.

First opened in May 2017, CitizenM Paris La Défense offers luxurious accommodation with large living rooms, meeting spaces and a 24-hour fully stocked bar. right across from La Défense Arena. We came for a concert. Staff very helpful!
