We were warmly welcomed by reception staff and that continued with all the team members we met. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon and extremely comfortable. The bathroom in particular was stunning. AC worked perfectly and we slept really well. The pool area is lovely - we enjoyed relaxing in a cabana and the relaxing background music. Food in the restaurant is delicious, staff extremely helpful and we enjoyed the cocktail happy hour. Staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to store bags past check out and continue relaxing by the pool as we had a couple of hours before our next journey.

A small and intimate hotel providing 12 very well appointed rooms with beautiful bathrooms and a private terrace. The mini bar fridge worked really well so your beverages were kept lovely and frosty. The gardens surrounding the pool were beautifully manicured and the pool was a perfect size and depth. Being a small hotel we were able to enjoy the pool for most of the day on our own. The hotel has a relationship with the gym next door which are welcome to use, free of charge, including their classes including yoga. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the main road of Kuta were there are many high quality restaurants and cafes and a very well stocked supermarket as well as ATMs. Many tourists staying in Kuta are here for the surrounding surfing beaches but you will need a scooter or car to reach them. The hotel offer breakfast which is of a high standard and I forgot to ask them what product they use as their linen smells divine and there bathroom products are lovely. They are a sustainable hotel and there was no plastic in use which was excellent. I will definitely return here as it was exceptional value for money in this location and has a lovely dog named Chico.

I love the staff, the design, the food and the overall vibe of the place. The staff of this place is simply incredible. They're the most attentive smiling bunch I've ever met in a Hotel. They always make sure that you're having the most relaxing and enjoyable time in this amazing hotel. The design of this place is out of this world. The pictures of this place looked amazing, so we were having super high expectations. But oh boy, we weren't disappointed. The design is so soothing to the soul and it's extremely beautiful and thought out. Another great thing about the hotel is the extra services. Cold water next to the pool, free shuttles to the most beautiful beach next to the resort etc. etc. The great thing about the breakfast was the fact that you could choose from a wide range of things on the breakfast menu, which was really nice given that we were staying at Boni Beach for 9 nights. A seven minute drive will bring you to Selong Belanak beach, the most beautiful beach of Lombok where you can surf and watch an amazing sunset while sipping a cocktail. The hotel also arranged a snorkeling tour for us where we swam with turtle and saw some blue Coral... What an amazing experience. This stay exceeded all expectations, it's simply unbelievable what Dylan, Bett, Angkar, Alan, Ragman, Erma and all the other amazing people from the staff created. They gave us the best days of our life. Highly recommend going to this little gem 💎🙏🙏

Com jardim, terraço e vista da piscina, o My Island Home Gili Air está situado em Gili Air, a 200 metros da Praia de Gili Air. My island home had a lovely boutique feel. Its decor was simple and classy, the staff were super accommodating and happily helped sort snorkelling, bikes etc. we felt really cared for. Loved that water refills were available and rooms were made up immaculately each day. Thanks Karla, Abi and team

O RaCottage Mandalika oferece jardim, lounge compartilhado, terraço e restaurante em Kuta Lombok. Rooms were great, super clean and the bed is very confortable. The pool is also nice and we did not had any problems with the road getting there. All of that would make one of my best stays in indonesia already, but on top of it that staff was amazing. Really. Very kind and nice, and super professional. My friend got sick and they were SUPER HELPFUL. Can not thank them enough.

O hotel é lindo, localização excelente para quem quer tranquilidade, fica no lado da ilha que é mais calmo, e mesmo assim tem ótimas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Café da manhã muito bom. Tudo muito limpo e confortável. Tem serviço de praia para quem está hospedado no hotel.
