Everything exceeded my expectations; the staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were not only very clean but also spacious, contributing to a perfect experience. Moreover, I was captivated by the breathtaking views from my room of both the tea plantations and nearby waterfalls.
