But most importantly the service kept on surprising us and it was one of the best that we have seen - especially for dinner (we had Matteo and it was really outstanding and exceptional service). A mediaeval building overlooking River Isarco in the centre of Chiusa, family-run Walther von der Vogelweide offers alpine-style rooms and a restaurant with vaulted ceilings. If there would be a chance to give 11 points, I would definitely give 11! I think I experienced one of the most comfortable bed in my whole life, but definitely the best breakfast that I have ever had so far. We couldn't even choose from the selection. So many healthy and special options to choose from. We will for sure come back again to this lovely little town and would 100% book Hotel Walther von der Vogelweide!

Monte Pana Dolomites Hotel offers rooms with mountain and garden views. It includes a restaurant and mini golf pitch. Can't beat this hotel's position if you are planning to ski. Literally 30 seconds away from the lifts. Ski rental right in front of the hotel, and there is a ski room on the lower floor of the hotel where you can leave your equipment at the end of the day. Food was fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner included and everything was absolutely delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nestled in the Puster Valley, this Alpine-style hotel is a 3-minute walk from the centre of Villabassa. It offers a restaurant, garden and free parking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an overall excellent stay at Hotel Rose and we want to thank the Sinner family and all the hotel staff for the great experience. I've stayed in resorts in Switzerland, France and Austria as well and I can honestly say that our time at Hotel Rose and the ski area in general was one of the best experiences. 1. The rooms were big and nicely designed and the bed was comfortable. Perfect environment to relax after a ski day, which was the main purpose of our trip. 2. The service was great everywhere. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, everyone was sincere in their hospitality. They even went our of their way to accommodate us when we had special requests. 3. The food was very tasty and diverse (half-board). The wine selection was also excellent and fairly priced (most of them 20-30 euro per bottle but you also have the house-wine option). 4. The ski room was heated and big enough for anything you may need. They have a workspace so you can even prep your equipment. 5. The hotel's location is very good. 15 minutes from the 3 Zinnen ski area - Versciaco, 40 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo, 45 minutes from Kronplatz. If you have 5-6 ski days and a car they all have different vibes and are worth exploring but if you don't 3 Zinnen is good enough by itself.

This is a nice family run hotel, the staff is very nice. We have booked the junior sweet, the size was perfect. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. You get three options to choose for dinner the night before. There is a market close by. We didn't use the closest ski slopes and there is a 8-10 minutes drive to get to the closest one connected to dolomiti superski area. Ski bus stop is 50 m from the hotel.

A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!

The view was amazing. The staff were so helpful and kind-Monica was particularly helpful...I was able to swim in the lake daily.. The rowboats were fun and the boat staff were helpful. The beauty of the setting is beyond words. The reflection of the mountains and trees in the turquoise water was breathtaking and constantly changing. The restaurant staff, including Ali and Elias and Simon and the housekeeping team, including Janna, were all excellent. The reception staff including Monica and Massimo were lovely. The folkst at the store, especially Roberto, were very kind and they carry good quality gifts. The owners have gone out of their way to honor the history, heritage, and traditions of the space while at the same creating a wonderful hotel in a amazing setting.

WOW! I rented the tent and was amazing overall at the facilities here. The Spa is hands down the best I have ever been to. The breakfast the best breakfast buffet. and had an amazing 5-star steak dinner with a nice wine. The whole concept is a bit odd - luxury caravan park, but I am VERY HAPPY!! Great start or finish to any hike nearby.
