Sahara Majestic Luxury Camp features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Merzouga. The camp was at a really good location in the desert, you can go to the tents with 4x4 cars or with camels. The dinner and breakfast was delicious, we recommend to stay there for two nights. Hassan was extremly helpful, they organised us a private camel ride to the oasis with a little picnic. The spot was lovely, it was really calm and everybody were very kind. Our tent had everything we needed. At night they gave us a show near the fire, where we danced and laughed a lot. Our two days was an unforgettable experience.

We spent a lot of time looking for a unique, small camp and Tassili Luxury Camp exceeded our expectations. We had 2 tents for our family of 6. One double tent, and the 4 kids were in the family tent which easily would sleep 5+ people as there was a King size bed and 3 twins. Dinner was served in the main dining tent and the food and service was delicious! I forgot to request Vegetarian (for me) prior to arrival, and they made us a fabulous vegetarian tajin dish which the whole family devoured. We also had a tasty Chicken dish and traditional Moroccan soup which as also delicious. The staff was very welcoming and performed for us around the fire after dinner. We had a fun night listening to them sing and play music on the drums and then we moved into telling jokes! The benefit of a small camp is that we only had 8 other guests for our stay! I wish we had another night, as we had to leave early and could not take advantage of the Sandboarding or camel rides through the Sahara! I would recommend arriving earlier in the day so you can take advantage of the offerings at the camp!

Located in the South of Morocco, Palais du Désert and Spa is a luxurious castle-style hotel at the gates of Erfoud and close to the palmgrove. It was my birthday and the hotel staff was all wonderful in making my stay at this hotel very special. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was nicely located just by the desert. We had dinner and the food was great, with a surprise birthday cake prepared for me, which was so heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel.

They offered a 4x4 trip through the village of Merzouga and the desert, providing an amazing experience. We also enjoyed some activities in the desert, such as sandboarding and a short camel trip in the dunes of the Merzouga Sahara Desert. The bed was good and comfortable. I also want to give a special thanks to the staff; they were very friendly and kind.

The property was beautiful. Completely renovated, the facilities were excellent. Pool was so nice. The staff was amazing, so accommodating and friendly. We arrived as a short overnight stay on our way to Merzouga. This was the perfect place to stay to break up the drive from fez. The rooms were so nice, the bar was stocked and open, and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was also included and was great. Wonderful place to stay, especially for the price. We couldn’t find anything similar in the area. Highly recommended Hotel! The bar was full, they had wine and beer and cocktails. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was very nice and the showers were great. It was good to have room to stretch out. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff, they were very friendly, helpful and easy going!

Loved EVERYTHING!!! The place is a boutique hotel in the middle of the dunes. The rooms are big and very clean. Open the window and you can see the Sahara dunes in front of you, love it! Experiencing the desert in this beautiful camp is a life defining experience. From the start, we were well taken care of with clear directions on the meeting point, followed by a interesting 4x4 bumpy ride through the sands to the camp which is a distance in from the paved roads, passing by rudimentary Berber villages. Upon reaching the camp, we were checked into a comfortable, spacious camp and then off on a camel ride to a vantage point, with the dunes in the yonder and the setting sun on the horizon, a truly subliminal experience. Back to camp for a delicious dinner, huge portions to finish. Following that was a fine drum and singing performance by the locals before the campfire, which was certainly fun to partake in too! To round off the night, we were brought to a view point for a unobscured starry sky, the type of experience which brings out your inner philosopher. Off to a deep, restful sleep in the comfortable bed and the next morning was again another feast with the best food. Only regret was the short amount of time we had there due to the long distances we had to travel to get there and out of there. Truly a magical experience, especially due to all the staff of Kam Kam Dunes who were warm, engaging and knowledgeable and spared no effort to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay.

We arrived at 2AM at this hotel due to our travel from the Errachidia airport to Merzouga and they allowed us to check-in and get some rest, and manage the administrative stuff in the morning. The room is spacious, and has the perfect view of the Sahara dunes + air-conditioning when it got really hot. We loved the place so much that we decided to extend 1 more day so we can return to the same room after our glamping experience. Youssef was incredible in arranging all the items we wanted to be done (camel ride, 4x4, glamping arrangements) including our transport back to Marrakech. Hassan was really great in serving the breakfast and last minute lunch arrangements we made in the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
