We came to Norway from New York for a family trip across country from Oslo to Bergen in April 2023 and we had booked in for a night at Tuddal Høyfjellshotel to break up the drive. It was our first trip to Norway and had no idea that we were going to have one of the absolute best experiences of the entire trip together there. The place is simply beautiful. The people there are incredibly attentive and helpful. The food at dinner and breakfast is world class. The location is stunning. As a personal side note to the owners: My father came to the U.S. from Kongsberg when he was in his very early 20’s and started his new life and family. Growing up in Southern California where my brother and I were exposed to a lot of the antique Scandinavian items, colors, and style. My father was a committed collector at flea markets and swap meets everywhere, and anytime he came across an old collectible related to his homeland, he would proudly bring it home and share the story of it with us, and then find a place to display it in their home. When we came into the main building to check in to our rooms, I told my 17 and 20 year old daughters, “this…this is the story your Grandfather was trying tell us with all those things”.

A charming place with spirit (furniture, fireplaces). Located in a beatiful valley, with fantastic cross-country skeeing areas around. Sweeming pool, sauna, training room… Very friendly, helpful and proactive staff.

Located only 150 metres from Larvik Train Station, Quality Hotel Grand Larvik offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with private bathrooms and TV. Many rooms feature balcony views of the Larvik Fjord. Very clean hotel with grate staff.

Situated next to Sandefjord Harbour, this hotel offers free WiFi and free swimming pool access. Scandic Park Sandefjord is 10 minutes' walk from Sandefjord Train Station. Torp Airport is 7 km away. The room exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was amazing also. Nice staff.

Hotel Kong Carl - Unike Hoteller is located in the coastal city of Sandefjord, 150 metres from Torget Square. It combines old world charm with modern conveniences such as free Wi-Fi. It was a really great stay. The hotel has a unique atmosphere with everything you need for a comfortable presence. The room is large, the bed is extra comfortable. The bathroom has all necessary things. Perfect. The breakfast is so good! Highly recommend everyone!
