Overlooking the Oslo Fjord, Scandic Fornebu offers brightly decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Telenor Arena is a 10-minute walk away. Scandic is the best hotel chain. Perhaps a little pricey. But it's worth it.
