The hotel staff were very polite and the best impression was left from the reception staff Lazar and Ivana; they are a real asset to the organisation and they are the best that’s happened to us there. Lovely people who strive to make the guests’ stay beautiful. Wonderful all around! We will stay there again.

A 5-star hotel, A Hoteli - Grand&Sky Hotel Tornik offers luxury rooms and suites and a rich spa & wellness offer including 2 indoor swimming pools, a spa bath, a hammam, saunas and massages. I am more than delighted. Best service so far in Serbia. They opened gym for us 7am, they were helpful. Bellboy took our laggage and was so fast, we didn't wait at all, didn't touch nothing. The stuff at the restaurant always how is everything, in the wellness they allowed us to stay after check-out until 5PM which made my day literally. On the reception they respect the notice, everything was so professional and to be honest I didn't see it Serbia until now that someone is doing the service on this level. You really invest in your employees and they were more than amazing. I felt like I am not in Serbia but in foreign country. I will come back again 100%

Kohapeal on restoran, spordikeskus, sisebassein ja saun. everything was perfect: location, food, luxurious furniture everywhere, room view, spa, parking. staff hosting is stunning and very friendly. i will recommend it to my friends for sure.

Queen of Zlatibor asub Zlatiboris. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum, terrass ja restoran. Selles viietärnihotellis on ühisköök ja toateenindus. New place, super clean, really nice staff. Good breakfast with different options, food at restayrant was delicious as well.

Everything is new! and modern! Staff super friendly! Location is very good! Breakfast is really great! Free parking in front of the building. There is a small playground for children, my kid loved it!

I had the most wonderful stay at hotel konасiste akustik:) the staff (Anna and vesna) were so friendly - they really made my time in zlatibor unforgettable. They property was close to everthing, so the location was perfect:) the apartment had everything i needed and even more. I can’t wait to come back💛

Külalised saavad kasutada mullivanni ja Türgi aurusauna. it's amazing and lovely place, the staff are kind and welcoming, the room is tidy and really comfy bed, the location is perfect and near beautiful views of Zlatibor. definitely recommend! And hope to come back there.
