El bus te deja directo en la puerta y te reciben a cualquier hora (llegamos 4 am) tuvimos un problema con unos pagos y lo recibieron sumamente bien y con mucho profesionalismo. El staff habla muy bien ingles y siempre tienen una sonrisa para darte y están completamente a disposición. Hicimos el Ha giang loop con ellos y estuvo super!

HagiangGo provided a comfortable room for our one-night stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered valuable assistance in planning our Ha Giang Loop route, which made our self-guided adventure much smoother. The motorbike quality was good, although it was slightly more expensive than other rentals. Make sure to mention the insurance, if you need it. As a bonus, after the loop, they let us relax in their lounge area until our bus departure. Overall, a pleasant experience with attentive service.

El dueño muy amable, a la vuelta nos dejó ducharnos y descansar en una habitación de forma gratuita. Recomiendo 100% alojarse aquí.

Arrived here after our third day on the loop, and felt like we found an oasis. We liked it so much that we immediately added a second night. It is beautiful and peaceful here, and the bungalows are very cozy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Although it’s outside of town, you don’t really need to leave as they serve family style dinners there and it was truly some of the best food we had in Vietnam. A great way to meet other people staying there coming in from the loop. Staying here was truly a highlight of our trip. A short hike from the property gets you to the waterfalls, or if you go further you can have nice day hike up the mountain. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful property, especially after day 3 of the loop. Although a bit more expensive than some other properties, it is well worth it.

The Sun Ha Giang really caters to travellers planning to do the motorcycle loop. We had a simple but very comfortable room and the excellent staff made travel arrangements for us for our ongoing travel. We left our luggage at the hotel while riding the loop for 3 days and on our return we could spend time at our time waiting at the hotel for a night bus. Can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff who provide an excellent service for travellers. Breakfast was good and the hotel is close to a number of restaurants. Motorcycle rental and travel services available there as well.

Puedes estar hablando horas con ellos y te recomendarán las mejores opciones para vivir tu experiencia allí, en base a lo que les digas. Ojo te dirán tanto lo que quieres como lo que no quieres oír, pero francamente que te recuerden que el Loop no es un juego y que seas respetuoso nunca está de más. Para mi, uno de los mejores alojamientos por los que he pasado en Vietnam.

Organizamos el tour de Ha giang loop con ellos y todo fantástico. Los easy-riders fueron súper atentos en todo momento y nos daban seguridad para hacer el loop. Al terminar el tour en moto nos dejaron darnos una ducha y nos dieron un detalle de despedida. Nosotros lo hicimos en dos días pero recomendariamos 3-4 para disfrutar del lugar. En el hotel nos ayudaron también mucho con otro problema que tuvimos incluso cuando ya no estabamos alojados allí, llamando a las 4am de la madrugada, tuvimos suerte de ellos.

El dueño las mantiene con muy buen estado e impolutas. Cuando volvimos de la ruta nos dejaron duchar. En resumen un diez. El homestay está limpio, se duerme bien, y los dueños del hotel son muy buenas personas. Un diez!!! Recomendamos 100%

Desde € 4 por nocheEl chico de la recepción nos trató genial y habla inglés perfecto. La habitación no era muy amplia pero estaba limpia y los baños también (suficiente para nosotros) :) . Desayunamos creps, alquilamos allí la moto y dejamos las maletas durante nuestro Ha Giang Loop. Al volver nos pudimos duchar y usar la piscina y luego nos llevaron hasta donde cogíamos el bus a Sapa.

El Hotel es perfecto en un lugar tranquilo y a muy pocos minutos andando al centro de la ciudad. I love to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the jungle. The property is absolutely beautiful. I feel I am “forest bathing” when I’m there. it’s tranquility in the jungle with beautiful butterflies at its best. It’s quiet and peaceful . Its away from the air, noise pollution and crowds. we enjoyed hiking in the surrounding villages and returning to a thermal bath and a lovely dinner. it was definitely worth the spurge.

We stayed at the Pheonix Hotel in Ha Giang for 5 nights and had an excellent stay, the staff were highly efficient and extremely helpful. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the river and the view was excellent. The hotel was quiet and I spent 3 days there myself while my partner did the Hi Giang loop, it was a great place to stay solo also and I highly recommend this hotel. From outside, turn right and a mile walk through to interesting sites into the city and up to Ho Chi Minh Square where there is always something taking place with the local schoolchildren, parades/bands etc. There is also a fantastic temple complex in the city, a market, lots of cafes and eating places with vegetarian options, easily found using Google maps etc. Ha Giang is a fantastic city to explore and still unspoiled for now. We would definitely return to the Phoenix Hotel.
