Free cable car & waterpark tickets - totally worth the price. Free room upgrade and birthday decorations, plus complimentary fruit and nuts. Beautifully served (though not very nutritious) breakfast. A nice, clean beach is nearby, and there's also a free shuttle bus every 60 minutes to Khem Beach from a nearby square. The daily water show and the fireworks can be watched right from the room window. Outstanding!

The hotel was all in all very good. The rooms were clean and the customer service was outstanding. The drinks and food was good and more afforable than in the restaurants around us. (You can request them to cook you authentic food with alot of fresh seafood.) The reception was very nice, friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful, allowing a nice view of the beach and the bridge(room 501, 502).

City Center Rosa Hotel har ett perfekt läge i området Duong Dong i Phu Quoc, 7 minuters promenad från Long Beach, mindre än 1 km från Sung Hung Pagoda och 23 km från Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc. Hotellet ligger på en återvändsgata så det är lugnt och tyst. Rummen är fina och sängarna är lagom hårda. Städningen är utmärkt. Det var jättebra att jag kunde hyra scooter direkt av hotellet. Den trevliga och omtänksamma personalen är verkligen, riktigt bra. Priset är ju fantastiskt bra också.
