The Staff is the BEST here....they book whatever you want for very little up-charge. Can't over emphasize how perfect the location is.

They worked so hard to renovate and convert it into a hotel from 2019. Serene and beautiful garden surrounding the rooms. Quiet. Away from the main streets and just so relaxing to sit in and unwind. The beds are super comfortable, great hot shower with good power, very clean. Beautifully furnished. An incredibly steal, we couldn’t believe the price. LASTLY, and most importantly, Dinh and his mother (Thom) are wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome. They let us stay on the last day as we had a train at 11PM all day in their property, let us use the shower and provided towels and shower gel and then invited us to have dinner with him and his mum. It was so special and really made our trip to Vietnam. This has been our favourite place to stay, I’ll remember them for the memories! Also( the food was the best we had in ninh BINH as the restaurants are so touristy. The crab noodle soup for breakfast is a must! His uncle has been making the broth for years so they buy it from him. All the herbs, eggs and fruit are from their own garden!
