It was one of the best stays during my three weeks in Vietnam. I stayed in the 6-bed dorm room. Beds were comfortable, A/C and personal fans availabe, bathroom comfortable to use and clean. It was great to have a pool and good gym. Also, breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. Short walking distance to city centre + free bicycles to use. And staff was very professional and friendly.

The location of the Hotel is excellent. Central but quiet. Only 5 mn on foot from old quarter. Free bicycle in good conditions, available. Staff very friendly, effective and helpful. Good size room. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

This is an incredible hotel! From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted with staff that will help you carry your luggage, hold the doors open etc. Welcome tea was a nice touch. Check in process was smooth with no hiccups. The rooms are fairly new (less than a year old at time of writing), clean and elegantly furnished. Beds are on the softer side but this was good for us. Air con works brilliantly - in fact it got too cold at some points and we had to turn it off! As someone who loves a cold room, this was good. Hotel breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection. I would say it is a cut above the average hotel buffet. Made-to-order meals were good, we had the Pho which is a must try with a light, delicate broth. There is a bar which serves up good coffee. Service was outstanding, from counter staff to the doormen, security etc. Great job, especially by Lily who warmly guided us whenever we needed to throughout our stay. The hotel is located close by to good food - try the Com Ga chicken rice opposite the hotel. Best fried chicken we've ever had. Being away from the old town means you get relative quiet and peace too, especially at night.

A peaceful retreat away from the crowds, with a nearby beach and beautiful rice paddy surroundings. The staff was amazing and friendly, and the breakfast prepared by the wonderful Tranh (or Trang, sorry I forgot the name!) was delightful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Staff are lovely and accommodating. They are actively provide any information or help you need. I like this hotel so much. The location and the vibe here is fantastic. I’ll choose this hotel again for my next trip to Hoi An.

Set in Hoi An, within a 5-minute walk of Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, Little Riverside Hoi An- A Little Boutique Lux Hotel & Spa offers accommodation with a private beach area. This Little Riverside Hoi An was a real Wow! We enjoyed every minute there. From our arrival with a welcome refreshment and a great introduction by Amber as to services available and her care of us throughout our stay, to the large room and large bathroom, to the lovely river views, to the cleanliness and daily maid services, to the very excellent breakfast selection, to the very professional spa (I requested Vin 3 times she was so good, my husband was impressed with Mary's foot and leg massage) - well, bottom line, this hotel is fantastic. It is located just outside the Old Town, a pleasant walk to get there. There are tour services available also. We would also like to mention Aimee as yet another outstanding employee. We would say all employees were exceptional. Also worth a mention - the lovely pool on the rooftop. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable Hoi An experience.

Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Hoi An. Featuring room service, this property also has a restaurant and a terrace. Everything was fabulous: the locations is great, by the river, 2 steps from the old quarter, we had a room with a river view and balcony, that was exceptional. The breakfast was variate, fresh, and very tasty. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was also great. Last, but not least, the people working there are wonderful: kind, helpful and so lovely. We miss you and thank you so much for everything! We also booked a driver and did an excursion to My Son organised by the hotel. Everything was so perfect. Good recommendations for activities, restaurants and Taylor. We cannot recommend enough.

Situated in Hoi An, 200 metres from Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, Hoian Central Hotel features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a... The best hotel we had in Vietnam, great location, really clean and the staff is super friendly. The swimming pool is a good touch after a long bike ride. Very good value for money I absolutely recommend !!
