very nice property, rooms are superb, we had a deluxe with private dipping pool, fantastic view. rooms are very well done, very modern bathrooms, spacious, very comfortable bed, great lighting, exceptional. close to historic center by car 10 minutes. Gourmet dining is worth it for the view, food and service and very reasonable. Dilyana was an exceptional server. Lynette runs an absolutely superb spa, be sure to to check it out and see her. kostas greets you and assist with luggage and seemingly anything else with charm and great insights.

The room is big and lovely with a view on the pools, the mountains and a bit of sea (enough to see the sunset). Very good location, close to a beach and to a taxi station (like 5 minutes walk) The staff is very friendly.

Pool areas great, as is the private beach - lovely to swim in the sea. Lovely room with great sea view. Breakfast good with usual selection and nice setting by the pool. Location - easy to get into old town by taxi or bus, or walk if not too warm! Disappointed with food at hotel - pool and bar restaurants not great, although main restaurants which require booking were better. Would recommend trying Amalfi Coast, 3 minute walk away or Le Gourmet, 10 minute walk for tradition Greek dishes.

This was our second visit, and once again, everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts are very helpful and polite. The location is fantastic, with the city just a 5 minute walk away and the Grand Master's Palace within a minute's reach. Additionally, there are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Mitsis concept seems to be to make every visitor cared for and it showed. Staff was absolutely lovely and warm, so caring and with smile. I had all inclusive and food was great and plentiful. Room was smaller but cozy, clean with bathrobes. Location was spot on. I had broken my leg recently and had to walk with a crutch and they helped immensely for me to feel more relaxed and even sent a small gift. I mean, just wow!

The hotel has a perfect location. Many great things were close to the hotel such as the Beach resorts, the Medieval part of Rhodes, Acropolis and much more. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport with public transport as well. Special thanks to Rania, she was a lovely receptionist!
