Uvucen i miran objekat ima svoj izlaz na plazu koja je jako cista. Nije guzva i nema puno ljudi. Jako lijepa uredjena okolina od objekta prema plazi. Bazen cist i uredan. Prilaz u more savrsen i ovo je najljepsa plaza na Lamaiu. Osoblje srdacno i ljubazno. Napomena - za savrseni boravak potrebno je iznajmiti skuter kao sto smo to mi ucinili :)

So far our best resort during our stay in Thailand! We loved the concept, the care for the environment and the absolute privacy in the cottages. There was so much detail in everything and the way of handling things was very modern (smartphones in the room to message reception, for example to order dinner to your room). Food was outstanding: no restaurant in the resort itself, but they deliver from a restaurant nearby which also puts emphasis on health and protecting the environment. All in all, it really was the most luxury we had with a lot of nature around us - perfect stay!

Everything. The atmosphere in the Chuz Villas was great, staff was professional and friendly, villas were modern and well equipped. Breakfast was good too, quite a much food to eat. Everything was perfect (we have been travelling quite much in Thailand, so far this is top1 accommodation where we have been during travels).

Every aspect of the room exudes elegance, from the spacious layout to the thoughtful touches like the outdoor bathtub and the heavenly comfortable bed. The staff at Banyan Tree Koh Samui are the epitome of hospitality. Our host GIGI, "the magician" was we used to call her, would make sure that EVERY wish and request were fulfilled with the utmost urgency and care. Their warmth and genuine care (Jed, Eng, Gig, Stramp, etc) create an atmosphere that feels like home, albeit a home in paradise. The personalized service, from the friendly greetings to the meticulous housekeeping, exceeded my expectations at every turn. Dining at the resort is a culinary journey in itself. We had an amazing dinner experience at Saffron. Banyan Tree Koh Samui goes beyond being a luxurious resort; it's a holistic sanctuary for the senses.
