Wow, I really enjoyed my stay at Kiwengwa. The Manager (Victor) welcomed very kindly and helped get the best room I've ever stayed in and he kept on checking us making sure we were comfortable. Victor also helped organize our birthday party at the beach where we were given a cake and the hotel staff sang happy birthday sons to us (wow it was awesome!). In the restaurant, Mr. Zabron was so nice, ever smiling and happy to help and run us through the menu. All waiters were ever smiling and friendly. The nights were exciting with various entertainment schedule making the stay quite enjoyable. Mr. Said helped me organize transport to go to see turtles (which was one of the best part of our visit). All in all, it was a really exciting stay and I will definitely visit again.

it was small & beautiful, decorated in Zanzibari style, clean & great air conditioning! It’s on the east side of the island, much quieter & secluded than Stone Town. the staff was wonderful & respected our privacy. The food was excellent—- Italian chef cooked great dishes ( I wish he wouldn’t have yelled at his staff so much!) They were helpful with taxis & excursions. We have no complaints at all & really enjoyed our time there, we also felt very safe!
