We had the most amazing massages of our lifetime. We loved our morning yoga time. We highly recommend this luxurious place. What was most special, however, was the kindness of the staff. We left with treasured memories.

We loved that the property faced the river and it was central to a walking area with lots of restaurants and little shops. As it was our wedding anniversary, the hotel generously upgraded our room to a larger one with a huge bathtub. From the door staff to the reception desk, our needs were promptly responded to and taken care of.

Everything was just fantastic. The hotel facilities, activities and staff exceeded all our expectations. Spa and onsen are very well organized, clean and professional. We even did zip line. The food on site is of great quality and there is so many things to do in site, we wished we could have stayed longer !
