Situato a Palm West Beach, nell'esclusiva Palm Jumeirah, questo lussuoso resort fronte spiaggia offre 10 bar e ristoranti, spiaggia privata, Eforea Spa, piscina con vista sull'oceano e molto altro. Colazione ottima , personale estremamente cordiale e preparato . Alla partenza il conto non era come da accordi ma hanno risolto immediatamente il problema.

Amazing hotel the roof pool at 77 floor is wow ,breakfast buffet with great choices,room service is very fast and helpful everything was right,they delay us for check in for about 1 hour when we arrived at 2:30 pm and received our room at 3:30 pm because the room was not ready but they compensate us with room upgrade and late check out to 6 pm so they were respectful to their customers and special thanks to mr hisham who accomodate every thing for us in check in and check out and apologize many time for delay and was very kind inspite i was angry finally thanks for all

Everything was great. Although we went with a 3 year old daughter we still found many things to do. Food quality was just perfect. Restaurants were great. People working there was awesome! Room was perfect. Bedroom living area and a large terrace. We also used the Five Palm Beach Hotels perfect Beach. That you have to see it yourself!

Everything, however the best part is Atlantis The Royal, is exceptionally good at the smaller things that most hotels or resorts miss or don't focus on Examples in the room, they give you 4-6 bottles daily of top tier VOSS water, most hotels would charge for this in the room/bathroom, they give you top tier soaps, creams, razors, dental items and much more at the pool, they bring you as many towels as you need, they also give you a cooler with 4-5 waters set in ice for FREE each day anytime you call guest services they answer right away and they have someone to. your room immediately upon any request. they clean your room twice per day, once in the afternoon and once with a light cleaning and turndown before bed Breakfast is just another level of amazing, and it's not an extra charge it's included each day with your stay. It's by far the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. Ruben (General Manager) of the restaurant and his staff are true professionals and on top of everything you could need. They are attentive, thoughtful and happy to support your needs with a smile on their face each and everyday. And the food and variety is amazing. Overall this is a top tier hotel, and you certainly pay a premium to stay here, however I feel like it's very much worth the cost, as they treat you very well and our time there was perfect.

Situato sulla mezzaluna occidentale dell'isola artificiale di Palm Jumeirah, il Raffles The Palm offre una spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca lunga 500 metri, una piscina all'aperto con vista sulla... Everything was perfect, the staff, room size, view and service all were beyond expectations. I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel & would definitely come back again inshallah.

Fantastico soggiorno di 7 notti. La struttura è situata a JBR, posizione davvero strategica fronte spiaggia, perfetta per fare bellissime passeggiate. L’hotel è curato in ogni dettaglio, la colazione è eccellente con ampissima varietà di scelta. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti all’1 di notte con una bellissima sorpresa di upgrade ad una suite vista mare. La camera era stupenda, spaziosa con una pulizia impeccabile. Super consigliato
