There is access to one of the cleanest beaches in Jamaica. The water is very clear and the staff of the hotel is very accommodating. The meat/fish were really good, they even had a Turkey for thanksgiving. Breakfast was also great.

Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Punta Cana. Vi likte alt ved hotellet. Alle var svært vennlige og hjelpsomme. For dem som liker god mat, ha det gøy, og ikke minst feste er dette plassen å være på. Vi vil nok reise tilbake til dette hotellet på ferie igjen. Jeg vil si stor takk til manageren som tok oss imot og sørget for at alt gikk smerte fritt. Hotel ansatte er 6 stjerner og dette gjelder absolutt hver og en. Bartenderen i den Japanske restauranten var helt konge, alle drinkene han laget var i særklasse og ingenting var lagt til tilfeldighetene. Kanskje en av beste vi har vært borti på lang tid.

Please note that everything below is just my personal opinion 😊 This is a place you want to return. It's a great hotel to relax and recharge. Cozy and comfortable. The owners put their soul into this place and it can be felt in everything: aesthetics, cleanliness, comfort and peace and, of course, the attitude towards guests: everyone is very friendly, but does not violate personal space, all issues, if they arise, are resolved as quickly as possible. Local artists are invited once a week, so guests can enjoy a concert, don't worry, it won't interfere with your relaxation. There is a restaurant on the territory, the food is very tasty, and the staff are just lovely, very friendly, hospitable and polite! Guys, you really are great 😊 Breakfast is served here from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. if I’m not mistaken. You can pay with card, cash in US$ or BBD. The sound of the ocean can be heard even with the windows closed and it is like a lullaby) Beautiful dawns, if you wake up at dawn, of course. You have to walk to the beach, but it’s quite windy on this coast, so swimming in the ocean is not always an option, it is great that there is a swimming pool with the ocean view on the property. If you enjoy windsurfing or kitesurfing - this is the place for you. It you want to reach calmer beaches you will have to go by car or bus. The front desk staff will help you hail a taxi (about $25-30, may be more depending on where you’re going) or you can try public transportation (only $1.75 or 3.50 BBD, you can pay in both currencies). Personally, I think that bus #11 is a must try. You may be temporarily shocked, but it's fun and definitely something you'll remember. The thing is, you’ll want to come back here.

Beautifully appointed apartment of a very high standard and elegantly decorated. Very thoughtfully equipped with appliances, air conditioning and a fully functioning kitchen including a dishwasher. Large balcony making everything feel light and airy.

Facing the beachfront, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana offers 5-star accommodation in Punta Cana and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Always a pleasure to go back to the Hyatt Ziva - this time we stayed for longer and what a relaxing amazing time we got. Big thank you to Anderson our butler for looking after us, making sure everyday that we are happy, that our pool bed is prepared every day, following up on our spa bookings and special requirements. Again a big thank you to Anderson for the bottle of champagne and strawberry chocolates you left for us in our room the day before we left - we enjoyed it!!!! A big thank you to Daniel “our waiter” at the pool area for providing our drinks, making sure that we always have water and bring our first drinks in the morning without asking. Thank you for talking to us telling us more about where you from, your family and your dreams and that you are doing this job so safe money to study and to look after your daughter and mother. A big thank you to Lisandra (pool bed inspector) checking on us everyday making sure that we are happy and always nice to chat to her and her appreciation of her beautiful country. A big thank you for Haydon for organizing and booking our New Years eve table at Zilara Pool - we enjoyed the evening. We can highly recommend Hyatt Cap Cana to anyone, good quality food, exceptional caring friendly staff members and amazing comfortable clean rooms. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is the best resort in Dominican Republic!!!
