Molto bello il parco la pulizia ottima e lo staff davvero cortese c’era il ragazzo delle camere Mahmoud Hosni che ci sorprendeva con delle sculture stupende

Il recente Steigenberger Alcazar sorge a Nabq, a circa 15 minuti dall’Aeroporto Internazionale di Sharm el-Sheikh. abbiamo soggiornato poche notti ma è stata davvero una vacanza indimenticabile, tutto perfetto I servizi dell'hotel, le strutture, il ristorante, il bar e il personale erano fantastici ma non potevamo dimenticare la professionalità del grande team dell'accoglienza, in particolare il signor Wael, è stato disponibile, quindi parla molte lingue contemporaneamente molte grazie resort Alcazar e ritorneremo sicuramente

Situato a Sharm el-Sheikh, il SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select offre 4 piscine all'aperto, una spiaggia privata e un ristorante. The stay at Sunrise Montemare Resort - Grand Select was absolutely superb!! Starting from the arrival until the last day service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff ( manager, reception staff, bar attendants or housekeeping) were attentive and friendly with a smile and willing to assist in any query. The variety of food, presentation and cleanliness at breakfast / lunch break or dinner was amazing. The lifeguards at swimming pools were always alert, which is extremely vital whether you are staying with friends or family with kids. Liked the entertainment/dance show including for kids every evening and then life music later on to enjoy and relax on the terrace. Working in a hospitality sector myself and knowing ups and downs of a customer service, I would like to thank all the staff members of Montemare Resort for the hard work they put into their everyday duties to make every guest feel so comfortable and happy and the stay so unforgettable!!

Riscopri il lusso più esclusivo al Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, in Egitto. The resort is simply sensational, a true five star luxury slice of heaven on the Red Sea. The room was spacious and cleaned twice a day, the bed was very comfortable. I have to make a note on how the staff are the reason you have such a relaxing time. They are kind, helpful and are always there to ensure you have the best time. I will for sure return.

Spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and pools, highest hospitality we have ever experienced in Egypt. Staff extremely polite and friendly. The reef is amazing, restaurant had a wide variety of offer.
