This was the most beautiful resort! It must have been off season as we were almost alone, only few more people coming and going while we stayed 5 nights. So peaceful and quiet. The hut we were staying in was cozy and prepared with little details wherever you look. Yes there’s loads mosquitoes but we were provided repellent and coils. Got some water bottles every morning too. The spa is 10 out of 10, all lady’s showed the same high level of professionalism. Best (3) massages in my life! Thank you so much. The whole resort is so green and close to nature, it’s clean and just the most magical place. The staff cleans up the beach every day too but it won’t kill you to pick up one or two pieces of rubbish yourself if you see it ;) all staff were extremely helpful and nice. They even joined for a yoga session in the resorts own yoga shala - such down to earth people. There is beach beds and a beach bar to enjoy a fresh coconut while sunbathing.

Enjoying a beachfront location on the beautiful island of Bintan, The Sanchaya offers a luxurious getaway with a private beach area and a scenic outdoor pool. We loved our stay here: flawless service, perfect villa with lots of nice compliments (free minibar, good cosmetics, slippers and a bag for the pool etc), great territory and facilities - everything was very stylish and looked expensive :) Food was also great, special thx for the breakfast menu and cocktails.

Roka Resort er staðsett í Berakit, nokkrum skrefum frá Pengudang-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og verönd. Incredibly peaceful, right by the beach, fantastic pool, and really fantastic food. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing too. I can't recommend Roka Resort highly enough

The Kelong Trikora Resort snýr að ströndinni og býður upp á 3 stjörnu gistirými í Kangkakawal. Það er útisundlaug, garður og verönd á staðnum. We love Kelong Trikora! It's an amazing place, my husband (Indian Singaporean) and I (German) spent 4 days there over Chinese New Year. The team there, especially Linda and Eric, set a new standard to customer service! They are so deeply caring for each guest, it's touching. When it rained they placed an umbrella outside of every villa, so that guest wouldn't get wet on their way to dinner, when we wanted to go on a trip and the hotel driver was unavailable Linda called several taxi companies and in the end offered to drive us with the staff car, even when the fan did not immediately work three people showed up and got it fixed within 10mins. Kelong Trikora is a very quiet resort with a beautiful pool and 10 separate huts. The cuisine is out of this world, even though the menu is a bit limited (focus on Indonesian and Chinese), so many of the dishes were simply the best (can recommend the fish curry, the sotong bakar, the kailan and kangkong and as daily special chicken satay, each main about 180K, veggies 75-90K). It takes about an hour from the ferry terminal Bandar Bintan Telani (Lagoi) and from the resort we went to the blue lakes and sand dunes (1hr drive, absolutely worth it!). We tried the restaurants in the two resorts next to this and got utterly disappointed, food was horrible and the service even worse, so we would next time just stick to the resort kitchen. All the staff is very nice and chitchatty if you're open to it, but not forcing conversations upon anybody. For my husband's birthday I asked them to please help me get a chocolate cake and they got a super cute beautiful cake for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that you're dependant on the hotel's transport (so plan a bit in advance and let them know) and that during low tide the water draws back about 1km, so not really for swimming in the sea, but the pool is amazing and the whole area is covered in nice fluffy green grass, so nice to walk around barefoot.

Madu Tiga Beach and Resort er með útisundlaug, verönd, veitingastað og bar í Tanjung Pinang. Gistirýmið býður upp á karaókí og herbergisþjónustu. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

A 5-star accommodation with an idyllic charm, The Residence Bintan offers villas with modern comforts in Bintan. WiFi is accessible in all areas free of charge. I enjoyed very much my stay in The Residence Bintan. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and polite. I felt that they were genuinely looking after me. I felt at home. I loved that the room and the bathroom was so spacious. The bed was very comfy. I could even choose my pillow menu. I stayed in an upper sea view room that had a hammock in the balcony that was fun. I enjoyed very much the BBQ on the beach on Sunday evening. The hotel could perhaps better promote these initiatives, for instance through its WhatsApp. I was pleased to see that the hotel tried to reduce the use of plastic, particularly for water in the rooms. In addition to the regular cleanup by staff every morning, it could consider organising daily beach cleanups with guests as the sea unfortunately brings plastic waste to the shore with the tide. It would be fun too! This was the first time that I stayed in a hotel that regarded solo travelers VIPs. Wow & bagus! (Dear The Residence Bintan, perhaps you could consider this policy when charging for an excursion too. 😉 One pax is one pax, particularly when joining two other fellow travelers. )

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. Everything about the resort is just about right.

Trikora Beach Club er staðsett í um 20 mínútna fjarlægð frá miðbæ Tanjung Pinang. Great location, very well maintained Resort, nice garden villas and awesome infinity pool. Very friendly staff which makes the stay a great memory.

Housing a restaurant and a beachfront bar, Bintan Spa Villa Beach Resort & Spa offers a tropical retreat with kayaking facilities and water sports activities available at its sister resort. I loved the cleanliness and freshness the resort offered. It was lovely stay.
