They made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was just amazing. I would definitely stay here in future.

Mr. Thomas and Mr. Akil from the staff are very courteous and helpful, reachable every time of the day. We loved the food (especially breakfast) and they could customize it for us anytime. This property is not far from Kalpetta city and makes it more accessible to every type of need. If you are planning Wayanad trip give this place a definite try.

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.

We spent three nights at Pepper Trail and haven't stopped recommending it to family and friends! The setting is stunning - green and lush vegetation on a coffee (and tea) estate that seems to go a long way. Food was excellent - we had dinner there every night and the vegetarian fixed menu was tasty, varied and beautifully presented. The jeep ride through the estate was informative and great fun, as was the bird walk with Gayathri. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a remarkably beautiful setting - what more could you ask for?
