Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Where to begin... The location is phenomenal with incredible views from the rooms and pool. Rooms were comfortable, clean and offered all of the essentials. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The portions were colossal, we were always full until dinner. If you're considering a trip to Wayanad, make Serene Crest your home during the stay.

Wayanad Wild offers accommodation in Lakkidi with rooms peeking out of the treetops and a swimming. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available off-site. Food , staff, location . it was like staying with extended family. Martin and team handle the customers in a relax way.. Anil was so kind of explaining about the preparation of foods.. Amna was taking care of kid well.. David and team doing great job, keep rocking.. i love the fish fry they served...

O Woodrose Resort, em Kalpatta, tem um jardim e um salão partilhado. A propriedade está localizada a 11 km de Soochipara Falls. O restaurante serve cozinha asiática. The stay at resort was wonderful. The manager of the resort, Thomas made our stay as a complete bliss. The service, hospitality, place, climate, all was top notch. The room and bed was little small but well maintained. The manager took special care of our every needs from food to all other services. Food was very hygienic as well as tasty and felt as home prepared as we didn't had any stomach issues. Overall this is a must try resort to stay at Wayanad.

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.

We spent three nights at Pepper Trail and haven't stopped recommending it to family and friends! The setting is stunning - green and lush vegetation on a coffee (and tea) estate that seems to go a long way. Food was excellent - we had dinner there every night and the vegetarian fixed menu was tasty, varied and beautifully presented. The jeep ride through the estate was informative and great fun, as was the bird walk with Gayathri. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a remarkably beautiful setting - what more could you ask for?
