I think the name of the man is Issane. The room was clean, good size, bed was comfortable. No complaints or negative feedback to report. I would stay here again.

The Al-Medina market is directly opposite the hotel, just few meters away. The Marina mall is less than 10 minutes walk from Novotel Hotel. And there are many restaurants both Moroccan traditional and others. The city is calm, peaceful and the weather was very cold which was good for me.

The riad provided transportation from and to the airport which was very convenient. We spent the afternoon hanging out by the pool in the backyard, entertained by a flock of peacocks wandering the yard, then were served a delicious Moroccan chicken tagine for dinner. Excellent home-made cooking. We could not have been happier with our choice.
