Hassan and Youssef welcomed us with tea and Snacks on the terrace, they are really nice guys. The riad is very beautiful, traditional and clean. A lot of details, especially in the architecture. We left early in the Morning so they prepared our (huge) breakfast as a take-away, that was super nice for our Bus Trip.

Merzouga was just a layover the first four times (sunset, then stargazing before returning to Erfoud // or simply a stopover before facing the lengthy hike to Zagora). Go for it since it offers the finest value for money and service in Merzouga! to sure, I propose a big trip to Erg Chebbi with Mustafa. Because he was born there, he knows all the paths like the back of his hand. Young, cheerful, truthful, amusing, and quite lovely. The best tutorial I've ever read! Take the plunge!

Everything! The owner first of all, this is the most happy, relaxed guy you will meet! He makes you feel at home from the first moment. We really had the feeling that we were home and could do and get anything we liked. We also could drop our bags there for the night while going into the desert for the night. 100 percent honoust human being. Furthermore the pool was great and the breakfast was excellent. On order the owner improvised vegetarian dishes for us. And the place is very colourful and nice decorated, a happy place. From the rooftop you can see the Sahara actually.
