Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Onsen Guest House Tsutaya is a recently renovated ryokan situated in Hakone, 6.5 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Amazing and cozy common areas. Super clean kitchen, with all the utensils you can think of. Capsule-Rooms were comfortable, clean, had privacy. The bath and the onsen was super nice and clean. Beautiful and easy hiking trails around the guesthouse. Busstop right in front. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Will return for sure.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Amazing service, we were received with a warm welcome and complementary drink. The host was very helpful with answering all our questions. He also helped us with the takkyubin service organizing everything. The accomodation had a lot of facilities like an entertainment room with old arcade games and several private onsen bathrooms. Our room was also equipped with a private Nintendo gaming console. We loved to play the games again we used to play as a small kid :)

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Great private onsens. Really appreciated that the private onsens were open until 12:30am, 1am. Great meals.

Opened in 1878, Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. The hotel itself is absolutely exceptional, and probably the most impressive luxury hotel I've ever stayed. If you enjoy the history exploration and the Japanese-western style, Fujiya definitely will be a great fit. The hotel finished its renovation 2 years ago and everything is in good condition. You can experience its glory and rich history since the majority of areas are free to explore for staying guests. (Do not miss its museum, library and garden. The swimming pool is a bit small, and personally I quite enjoyed its style.) In fact, my friends and I spent so much time exploring the hotel itself, the time spent in Fujiya hotel eventually became the highlight of our Hakone trip.

Set in Hakone, 8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. mistakenly booked our hotel room for the next day of our stay. However, the staff was so accommodating that they allowed us to check in on the day we arrived instead. This was truly amazing, as otherwise we would have had to spend the day on the street.

Hot Spring Inn Hakone Suisen offers a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 4.2 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station and 3.6 km of Kowakudani Station. The onsen and the whole environment was so amazing and relaxing. Staff was very kind and really cared about everything, they even gave me a spotlight after the sun set when I walked to a nearby store. Breakfast (pastries) were served in the morning with tea/coffe, I didn't know that breakfast was included so it was a nice surprise.

Providing lake views and a garden, Chuzenji Pension offers accommodation in a prime location in Nikko, within a short distance of Kegon Falls, Chuzenji Lake and Chuzenji Temple. Super friendly and helpful staff, everyone can speak English. Food is top-notch. The view from the room is magnificent.

Set in Hakone, Centurion Hakone Bettei offers 4-star accommodation with private balconies. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Great Ryokan-style accommodation. We loved the private onsen

Tokijaus centre įsikūrusiame riokane „cyashitsu ryokan asakusa“ įrengti numeriai su oro kondicionieriais, yra baras ir bendra poilsio zona, veikia nemokamas belaidis internetas. Wonderful and attentive staff, great location, beautiful onsen, clean rooms and facilities, general calm and quiet of the room itself. Yuka, Taiga, and the rest of the staff are brilliant!
