The property is beautiful and I would describe it as luxury which is reflected in the price but definitely worth it. It is somewhere that you want to spend time in so perfect if you are wanting to have a special weekend away somewhere really nice with friends. We particularly liked the added touches such as the bathrobes as this added to the feeling of being somewhere special. It is also in the perfect location for exploring Brighton as it is close to all of the main attractions and has the added bonus of a designated parking space. The communication from Chris was perfect from our request to have all of the beds made up as singles to really clear instructions on entry and parking. I will be recommending this property to friends.

Very clean and tidy and very responsive host. A secured garage parking in the apartment parking lot - very important as it’s not easy to find a parking spot in Brighton centre. Definitely where we will stay again in Brighton ❤️

    Great location on beachfront with a 10-15 min walk to the shops & restaurants , staff were lovely and happy to recommend places to eat. I had a room with seaview and balcony which was great as the weather was good for most of my stay. The room was a good size with comfortable bed, dressing gown and slippers, tea & coffee provided, with nice en-suite bathroom.

    Very clean. Airy. Excellent facilities. On one side is the beachfront and other side you are literally in the centre with shopping, pubs restaurants etc. rooms great . Good selection for breakfast hot and cold. Staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Big plus is underground parking with lift straight to hotel reception.

    Had a magnificent stay in 21 Luxury Seaside Apartment for three nights in September 23, the whole experience from check in to checkout was superb, our only regret was we couldnt stay longer, special mention for the luxurious décor and attention to detail throughout the apartment, excellent location within walking distance of everything Brighton has to offer and fabulous host Suzie who was unfailingly accommodating and a pleasure to deal with all-round, you simply wont find better accomodation in Brighton, we can't wait to go back!

    A fabulous, very large room, very comfortable & quite felt special & luxurious. Wonderful value for money. We loved the location - so close to the beach and Kempton village shops, pubs, cafes etc. We really appreciated the excellent recommendations for local places on arrival. The owner was very welcoming & friendly.

    Very nice hotel on beachfront, clean, restaurant is lovely, staff very friendly, only thing that was disappointing was the spa was not very clean and doesn't look like what's in the pictures, was very disappointing as it's advertised as luxury spa but was quite dirty, so I'd recommend to skip the spa

    This is a con a scam I didn't even get to stay one single NIGHT look at the booking form it gives you the address " Goldstone villas" but NO DOOR NUMBER this is a scam RUN by FRAUDSTERS who have STOLEN £186.53 which I want REPAID. I had to book into two other hotels pay out of my own pocket which again I want REPAID. PLEASE don't USE this place because you ring the number on the contract form THEY don't answer likewise sent an e mail they Don't answer. THIS IS A SCAM
