The Villa was very comfortable and entirely suited our needs. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. The owner ensured the cleaners came every few days to clean the villa and change the sheets and towels. The pool was amazing!

We rented Villa Thea Thallassa from June 14th to June 21st, 2021. Due to the excellent communication with Elana, the owner, we were well informed about the villa and the surrounding area even before we arrived. Our expectations were high, but in reality they were far exceeded. We, my wife and I, felt very, very comfortable in Villa Thea Thallassa. The villa can accommodate 4 people, has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with air conditioning, from which you can go through a double-sided-door onto the very beautiful terrace. From the terrace mine has an indescribably beautiful view of the sea. From the terrace you go over 2 steps to the large swimming pool. At the pool there are high quality loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower. The geographical orientation of the villa is awesome. The pool is in the sun all day, but the covered terrace has almost the hole day enough shade. Furthermore, there is always a light wind from the sea, so that you can always find a comfortable place even at high temperatures. The house is sparkling clean inside and out, very beautiful, very tasteful and of high quality. You can clearly feel the personal touch of Elena, the hostess. Speaking of Elena, you couldn't ask for a better, more accommodating hostess. We were greeted with a homemade chocolate cake, a bottle of wine and lots of fruit from Elena. In the refrigerator was bread, butter, honey, cheese and water etc., so that shopping on the first day could be omitted. The restaurants in which we were recommended by Elena, who also made table reservations for us, were all good. We also really liked the location in Galatas / Kalamaki. Various beaches and restaurants can be reached very quickly by rental car We enjoyed our stay at Elena's villa so much that we made up our minds to come back next year (for shure). Finally, many thanks again to Elana for the great and friendly hospitality.

Villa is very comfortable, clean and well equipped - fully recommendable. Near to the beach, restaurants and small supermarkets. Easy access to the center of Chania - by bus leaving about 100m from the house. The owner very helpful from the very booking to the last day of stay. The only thing I would add are mattresses for sunbeds and a much larger sunshade on the terrace.

we were an extended family of 11, looking for a holiday home with soul. We found that in abundance at Villa Catani, which is not only a masterpiece in architecture and construction, but in connectivity and social interaction as well. The multiple eating and lounging areas enabled us to hang out in clusters and mix it up. The open spaces and eye contact between floors provided a sense of togetherness. The kitchen was big enough that everyone could be part of meal preparation. The character of this Villa made our one-week stay magical! Kostas and Katherina were warm and responsive, we were welcomed on our arrival with information, recommendations, and spinach pastries baking in the oven. The rooms were spacious, the décor eclectic, the artwork beautiful. It all came together to provide us with the perfect setting to relax, enjoy our time together and make happy memories.
