I would give 11 but is not possible. Very clean, quiet, very well equipped (from iron to washing machine, cofee maker, sandwich maker, etc). Everything was perfect. Great view of the sea and mountains. Very, very clean villa and surroundings. Very well equipped kitchen. Big rooms and bathrooms. Parking lot. Chill area. Beautiful decor. Great pool. Anything you need, you can find in this gorgeous villa, from iron, to washing machine, dish washer, oven, and so on. Indeed luxury villas, perfect for long stays. It is close to shops and restaurants, Chania Centre and airport.

Clean, modern, air conditioning. It has everything for cooking, if you want to cook, we didn’t. Everything is good quality! Beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is good quality, TVs are smart with access to Netflix, Amazon etc. Close to the property are few tavernas with good food: Pixida, Maria Beach , Sunset. Falassarna Beach is about 15 min drive and is beautiful, we found there Taverna Vassilis Falasarna with very tasty food. Chania is about 40 min drive, nice city to visit especially the Old Port. Monasteries, caves to visit are in the area.

Situated 1.2 km from Beach Kaliviani, Agarathos Deluxe Homes offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a garden. Amazing and lovely home, in a such a beautiful and quit place, next to Balos Beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and all amenities facilities were in very good condition. Our host was very nice with us and helpfull. We decided to stay one more night because we felt so good.

Boasting pool views, Minoas Villas Heated Pool provides accommodation with patio, around 23 km from Archaeological Museum of Rethymno. Great owner. Good contact, he welcomed us with champagne. I will definitely come back here and I will also recommend this villa.

Situated in Rethymno Town, 1 km from Rethymno Beach, Made of Blue luxury suites collection features accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with an outdoor swimming pool, pool views, and access to a... Wow. What a lovely few days. Minos and Aga were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We wee offered some of their homemade olive oil red wine and raki for our stay. The villas are stunning and new builds so everything is in perfect condition. Our apartment was pristine and beautifully designed. Absolutely loved the bio garden where we picked tomatoes aubergine chilli and basil for some lunchtime bruschetta. They grow oranges pomegranate strawberries and lots of courgette there too. It’s a quiet villa set in the hills of Rethymnon but really easy to walk down to the coast or get a taxi wherever you need to go. We were delighted not to be staying in town. Couldn’t recommend a stay here highly enough. Thank you so much!

This newly built complex consists of 6 detached three-bedroom villas with private swimming pools is located just in front of the beach in Platanes resort in Rethymno. Balíon is 23 km from the... This apartment was amazing! The private pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. The beach is just a quick 1-minute walk down the driveway, and - bonus - we had two beach chairs and an umbrella included with our stay. The beach itself was sandy and great for our kids to play on. There was a bar/snack place on the beach also. The apartment had a nice coffee machine, a roomy refrigerator, and most of the kitchen supplies/utensils that we needed. The air conditioning worked very well and was very welcome during the hot afternoons. We always felt safe walking to and from the place, there are several good restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store right up the street. We would definitely stay here again!
