Very quiet, and plenty of places to eat within a 2 min walk (lower down in the building).

A free shuttle bus to the closest station is a massive advantage if you are flying out from KIX airport! The reception staff went an extra mile to help, can really recommend it.

The hotel sells snacks and cup noodles in the lobby so if you arrive late, you can still get something to eat. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. Check in and out are very easy.
