We loved the location, which is just a 5 minute walk away from a train station and bus stop. Supermarket is 2 mins walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and there are facilities to do laundry as well. Everything was perfect :)

The location was perfect for our trip to Zürich. After our long flights to Switzerland, it was just what we needed to rest and reset before driving and seeing more of this beautiful country. Patrick was very responsive if we needed anything and I can definitely recommend him to others traveling to this area!

The apartment was a good size and included everything we needed during our stay. Our windows faced away from the busy street so it was nice and quiet too. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was really nice. The hotel is close to the train station and it is easy to walk or get public transport into the heart of the city.

Jo was amazing and super friendly. As well as the all the staffs. Super polite. We had a great stay. Comfortable rooms and we used the sauna and steamed bath as well. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect and the system worked like a clockwork. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Everything was thought of for the guests, there were literally all kinds of tools in the kitchen. I have been to many countries and cities so far, I can clearly say that citystay franklinstrasse is one of the best places you can stay. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Zurich.
