The staff, Nonna and Mikheil, are wonderful. The ladies that clean are also lovely and do a great job at maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and appear the same as on the internet. I loved the bed. The quality of the mattress was exceptional. The location was perfect for getting around the city with ease. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Also, the wine from Kakheti was delicious. We were able to buy wine during our stay, which I highly recommend. I also appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. I also appreciated the ability to request cleaning at anytime. The room was big and spacious. I was so happy we chose this hotel for our 9-night stay.

Rooms are equipped with everything you need - a fridge, cutlery, wine glass, whiskey glass and a normal glass tumbler, water kettle, ample towels and proper heater even in washroom. And whatever else you need, like wine/beer opener, plates etc. are available in the kitchen. We loved the stay there. And the location is close to Freedom square. She was so accommodating and very helpful in giving us information about the Old Town district. The apartment hotel was very beautiful and very clean. Very accessible to the downtown area. We loved our accommodation. I will definitely stay in her place again. Loved everything about this place.
