All accommodation provides individual design, fully equipped kitchenettes, LCD TV, and air conditioning. This is a small relais in the very heart of Florence. The rooms are ultra clean and serviced with nice bathrooms. The service is spectacular....they really care. The price is simply outrageously low and they give great advice on restaurants, etc. All in all the best value for money anywhere!!!

Staff is superb, giving advices all the time, helping me to find shops and taxi. Amazing views at the back of estate. I will leave it for yourself to explore. Will recommend to anyone.

At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. The location was perfect. The room had enough space for luggage and it was super clean. The luggage storage at the hall was a plus.

Situated in the centre of Florence, Dimora Collection - Le Torri - Boutique Luxury Suites - Adults Only features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 300 metres from Piazza della Signoria and 300 metres from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The property offers allergy-free units and is set 400 metres from Piazza del Duomo di Firenze. Lorenzo communicated with us (in English) prior to our arrival to ensure we had all of the information. We walked from the train station (about 15 min) and had no trouble finding it. It is very near the duomo (about a 1 min walk), as well as all the famous plazas and museums. We found the electronic entry to be easy and convenient. There is an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs up to the top level for the exercise. We never saw anyone else in the building and felt very safe. The windows of the apartment are excellent and when they are closed you don't hear anything from outside. They also have nice blackout curtains, which we didn't find anywhere else on our stay in Italy. The room had a large couch, king bed, and the best pillows in Europe so far. Lighting and plugs (and USB ports) where you'd want them to be; Netflix and Prime on the TV; great hot water and pressure in the bathroom with nice, large towels. The kitchen was great with all kinds of pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Olive oil and salt provided, no pepper. They provided as many coffee pods as we wanted, as well as little snacks and cookies--and filtered water. Lorenzo ensured we knew how to work everything in the kitchen and the room, and it was exceptionally clean and modern. We also stored our luggage for a few hours on the penthouse landing and had no problem. Lorenzo responded via messenger in Booking.com almost instantly when we had any questions. The price was worth the modern apartment, the space, and the location.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. Featuring a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, until we checked out, Giacomo and his team were friendly, helpful and kind. They even surprised us with a lovely breakfast on our doorstep to celebrate carnivale. The location was perfect and we will definitely be back.
